Construction works to Uduya Point Apartments are due to be completed in August, 2019, marking one of Suva’s latest luxury real estate developments.

This was confirmed by the Hari Punja & Sons Group, which has partnered with Pacific Building Solutions Limited for the $21 million project.

“Uduya Point Apartments will be a bold, new foreshore apartment building with unobstructed views of Suva and beyond comprising of 26 Residential Apartments at Lami Waterfront.”

The apartments will be available on strata title and command views of the capital city’s central business district, across Suva Harbour from Lami.

“The Apartments are designed for luxury living and are of a very high quality, with covered carports, resort type swimming pool and elevators, all within a gated complex with attendant security personnel.”

The Group confirmed that to date, 20 of the 26 apartments have already been pre-sold, reflecting the pull of luxury developments in Suva.

“A 10-minute drive from Suva Central Business District,  residents will enjoy freedom from the hustle and bustle of the city, arrive home to their own ocean front apartment and have access to all the major attractions of city living.

“Residents of Uduya Point Apartments are like-minded professionals who are excited about life and need a place to unwind and entertain. With outstanding ocean views and constant trade winds providing fresh breezes, Uduya Point Apartments will impress the most discerning buyer.”

A foundation prayer ceremony for the project was recently led by Hari Punja’s wife, Tara Punja, onsite at the Marina Estates, Uduya Point Road in Lami. Earlier this year, the Punja family also held a ceremony to mark a $1.8 million upgrade to its FMF Foods Limited warehouse in Navutu, Lautoka.

In Nadi, the Group is also behind the Palm Beach Estate of waterfront residential and luxury apartments along Wailoaloa Beach. There are also plans for a 5-start waterfront hotel lot and community boardwalk, alongside a commercial strip of restaurants, shops, banks and medical facilities.
