The Naisoso Island Resort development is fully prepared and ready to begin construction. Over the past several years Relcorp has completed all pre-construction processes and milestones and is now ready to begin construction.

Physical Description
An irregular shaped allotment with beach frontage to Nadi Bay. There is a 9.0m wide Building Line Restriction along the front boundary and a 30m wide building line restriction along the rear boundary. The land is at road level, flat and/or evenly contoured.

Surrounds
The surrounding location comprises a relatively compact residential community, conservation reserves, Nadi International Airport and related services and further inland, the Nausori Highlands, part of which is commonly referred to as Fiji’s ‘Sleeping Giant’ mountain range. Access
Access to the site is from a private bitumen sealed road and bridge onto Naisoso Island, which extends from Nasoso Road off the Queens Highway.

Density Potential
Approval exists for 178 apartments in total with a maximum of up to 3 storeys.

Services & Amenities
All major services such as Fiji Electricity Authority (FEA) electricity, public water supply is available through separate meters by Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) and Telecom Fiji fibre optic cable has been connected to the Island. Effluent disposal is by means of sewer pressure mains system which links to the Nadi Treatment facility in Navakai managed by WAF.

The site is currently vacant with partial civil improvements completed. However full allowance has been made for civils and beach works in the feasibility.
