Situated in a very peaceful rural setting yet very close to everything in Nadi - schools, supermarkets, cafés, coffee shops, and restaurants with Wailoaloa beach, Denarau and Nadi International Airport a short drive away. There’s also a regular bus service. The front gate is only 5 minutes drive on gravel road up the hill directly opposite the Nadi International School.

Fully furnished with 3 large bedrooms (one ensuite plus a shared adjoining bathroom), a large open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen/breakfast bar, and plenty of room outside to run around and play with our 4 dogs.

The yard is a big half-acre fenced section. Beyond that there’s bushland to explore, trees to climb, and a nearby stream to go prawning in if you’re feeling adventurous and can get away from your smartphone.

There are no lawns and gardening to do as an onsite Grounds Keeper and Property Manager take care of that.

The owner returns home frequently so the property is offered FOR SHORT-TERM TENANCIES of 1-3 MONTHS ONLY.
