To the rear of the main compound is 40` x 20` enclosed work shop and storage building with cement floors and an attached generator house. This could easily be turned into another living quarters if desired.

Across the orchard is a three year old self contained guest house with great views of the ``Blue Lagoon`` and Devodara Beach, the most popular swimming and picnic beach on the island..... it`s actually where SURVIVOR came to film their reality show!
