The site borders the main, Queens Highway and is 15 minutes drive north from Nadi International
Airport and 10 minutes drive south from Lautoka, Fiji second largest city.
The area, once a predominantly sugarcane farming area but in the recent years residential and tourism

Land Description
An irregular shaped allotment bounded by FSC ltd tramline along the eastern boundary and foreshore
on the western boundary. It is divided into two sections by 3.02 meters wide Drainage Reserve and 5.03
wide Access Reserve.
The land is generally flat in contour with small portions of low-lying along the western boundary. It is
suitable as second class arable land with moderately fertile sandy-loan .
The foreshore, close-by is mostly under mangrove with a small portion having sandy beach.
