23 Real Estate Agent Licenses Expire

Twenty-three real estate agent licenses have expired, confirmed a public notice by the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board.

The agents noted were Ragglands, Skyline Realtors Ltd, Property Solutions, Promacs Service Fiji (trading as Promacs Real Estate), Prestige Real Estate, Magic Hill Court, Fairview Investment Ltd (trading as Fiji Real Estate Centre), Hills Real Estate (Fiji) trading as Hills, CatalogFiji.com Ltd, Classic Realty, Roxburgh’s Realtors, Executive Home Realtors, James Rafoi Consultant, Ashok Balgovind & Associates (trading as ABA), Advantage Exteriorz Real Estate, Namara Resources Lt, Optimal Investment (Fiji) Ltd, Paradise Island Real Estate, Tima Limited, Triple T Industries Fiji Ltd, New Generation Real Estate Ltd, Wilkinson Properties Ltd and Tale Investments Ltd.

According to REALB, their expiry is pursuant to the functions and powers of the Board under Section 8 of the Real Estate Agents Act 2006.

It also noted that several real estate licensees have withdrawn respective interest and are no longer in operation.

These include Aruba Investment Ltd (trading as First National Real Estate), Property Pro Realtors, Sun Real Estate & Building Works Ltd, Zealan Investment (Fiji) Ltd, Homes & Properties (Fiji) Ltd and The Professionals Limited.

The notice was authorized by REALB’s Acting Registrar and CEO, Virisila Tuimanu.
