TREASURE Island is now the first Fijian island to have an official Google Street View Tour installed directly on to Google Maps.
Group general manager Robert Wade said with the age of technology they felt it was important to offer as many options as they could for the consumer to get a feel of the island paradise.
Having the virtual tour on Google maps means more exposure for the resort as well as giving the consumers more in terms of what they can expect when they arrive on the island.
When users search for Treasure Island Fiji on Google, they will see an option on the Treasure Google Business listing to “See Inside/Street View”.
This will take them on a virtual tour of the island at the click of a mouse or with their fingertip if using a phone.
