Only a day remains until the closing of an international tender for Bounty Island.

Listed by Bayley’s, the lush 48-acre island boasts a speedy 20-minute boat ride from the tourism hub of Denarau in Nadi, and will have its tender officially closed at 4pm tommorow.

Bayley’s notes however that the highest or any tender may not be necessarily accepted and that Bounty could be sold prior to the tender’s closing date.

“Development options include integrated resort rooms, villas and apartments and residential homes,” the listing notes.

“Interest has also been shown in the possibility of adding marina facilities to enhance the new resorts and residential life style.”

Bounty already has an established ,small budget resort included in the sale along with the lesase for the entire island, with plenty of room for development.
