SALES have progressed well at the Natadola Beach Land Estates, the first high-end residential development at the popular coastal destination, and located on the hills overlooking the Inter Continental Fiji Resort and Spa.
Senior sales consultant, Susan Pritchard said 12 lots had been sold alongside eight underway, since launching 12 months ago, with a reputable building contractor to soon be appointed for the construction of their first home.
“It will be a display home to begin with, which will also be available for sale,” she confirmed.
There is a total of 44 land lots on the market, with prices beginning at $599,000, and which for the first time in Fiji, include all ground rental payments for the entire 99-year term.
House plans have also been designed by the local acclaimed architect, Conway Begg of Conway Architects, who’s been involved in the architectural design on some of the luxury villas in Naisoso and Denarau.
