Nadi is located on the Western half of Viti Levu- Fiji’s main island.

With a warmer climate and an international hotel, its key industries are tourism and aviation.

Nadi is expanding municipal boundaries as it strives for city status, and thus, there are growing residential areas.

Houses for sale can be found in key suburbs such as Nasoso, Namaka, Votualevu, Martintar, Nadi CBD, Denarau Island, Naisoso Island, Fantasy Island, Sonaisali and Sabeto.

Many properties in Nadi compromise of several living units, with many property owners renovating their houses to cater to high demands, as there is a prevalent housing shortage that strains housing affordability in Fiji, and thus boosts the rental market.

Houses on Nadi’s outskirts, such as Yako, offer more affordable abodes, with joint titles for a 3-bedroom house and 13-acre farm listing for $140,000. Similarly in Qeleloa, dual apartments with large agricultural acres list for around $250,000. Kennedy Avenue is one of Nadi’s most central residential streets and its largest homes list for close to $1 million.

Houses in Denarau and Naisoso are usually beyond $1 million, with upmarket resort-style houses and villas retaining  sea or river frontage. The backpacking hub of Wailoaloa Beach has free standing houses and those that do go up for sale also come with hefty prices.
